SEE IT: art I fell for this week
Street artists have banned together and turned an unused NYC subway platform (rumored to be at 50th St and 8th Avenue) into their own personal gallery. The artwork is stunning... it's a shame those of us topside can't see it up close.

Argentinian design studio Estudio Minga has created a series of hilarious "WTF" posters. I want them all!

WATCH IT: videos I peeped this week that you should too
The Quidditch World Cup is coming to NYC next weekend. Are you ready? This promo video is hilarious- I wish I had witnessed them running through the streets of New York. They'll be playing for real on the 13th & 14th- brooms and all!

Jukebox the Ghost's video for Hold It In is an adorable mix between your first crush and an episode of the Peanuts. Love it!

HEAR IT: songs I downloaded this week
1. 9 Crimes by Damien Rice 2. Sunshine by Keane 3. Breakeven by The Script 4. Gray or Blue by Jaymay 5. Girl by Beck

DO IT: things to add to your weekend calendar
The Shiny Squirrel pop-up shop is opening tonight! In celebration of their 3rd birthday, SS will be selling their jewelry downtown at Miss Lonelyhearts tonight from 8-10p.

The Knitting Factory hosts Saturday morning cartoons with free sugary cereal, your favorite retro toons, and booze. (They recommend mixing cocoa puffs with a white russian.) What more could you really ask for? Every Saturday at noon. I'm voting for Jem and the Holograms.

IFC Center is hosting the first annual DOC NYC, a documentary festival featuring over 40 films. It runs through Tuesday. Check out their site for tickets and the schedule.
